Rihanna the singer releases ‘Lift Me Up’ for ‘Black Panther’ soundtrack

She's back in our ears with the release of "Lift Me Up," her first new song since her 2016 album "Anti." "Lift Me UP" is a soundtrack of most awaited movie "Black Panther".

The song was co-written by the bad gal herself, the film's director Ryan Coogler, and Swedish composer Ludwig Göransson in honour of the late "Black Panther" star Chadwick Boseman.

The song is a lovely ballad with sensitive strings that highlight Rihanna's voice as she sings a simple concert, "Lift me up, Hold me down, Keep me close, Safe and sound."

Rihanna teased the new music with a 14-second short clip of her humming the opening lines before anxious ears got to hear the full more than 3-minute tune.
