Drake claimed that Megan Thee Stallion lied

On Friday, Megan Thee Stallion tweeted that people should stop exploiting her about the claimed shooting by Tory Lanez as a way to get “clout.” Drake appeared to accuse her of lying about the 2020 incident in his latest song, which prompted the “Savage” rapper to send out a barrage of tweets in response.

She commented on Friday, “I know I’m popular but y’all gotta quit attaching weak ass conspiracy theories in bars to my name.

She continued by calling male rappers “LAME” and further criticizing them.

When a black lady claimed that one of your homeboys had mistreated her, she tweeted, “Ready to boycott about shoes and clothing but dog pile on a black woman.”

The line “This b**** lie about having injections but she still a stallion” appears in Drake’s brand-new song, “Circo Loco.” The claims Megan Thee Stallion made against Tory Lanez appeared to be addressed in the lyric.

Megan Thee Stallion addressed the rappers’ followers as well, encouraging them to “remember” how they had backed individuals who had been accused of shooting a lady.

Tory Lanez was placed under house arrest and electronic monitoring by a judge in late October while he awaited trial on allegations that he shot Megan Thee Stallion. She claims that after leaving a home party in 2020, Tory Lanez shot her foot in the Hollywood Hills.

The trial will start on November 28, according to CBS Los Angeles.

Megan Thee Stallion, whose actual name is Megan Pete, said earlier this year to co-host Gayle King of “CBS Mornings” that she was “scared” following the gunshot and unsure of whether he would “shoot me and kill me.”

She said that after the alleged occurrence, her nervousness has gotten worse, she has trouble trusting others, and she finds it difficult to have a conversation for more than 30 minutes.

She addressed individuals who don’t think she was shot throughout the interview as well.
